1. Introduction

Disse vilkårene og betingelsene ("Vilkårene") gjelder for din bruk av Simplyfy Learning, Simplyfy Systems, Digital Navigasjon, Gründerhjelpen, Recpartner, ("Plattformen"), en tjeneste levert av Cation AS ("Selskapet", "vi", "oss"). Ved å registrere deg og bruke en av våre Plattformer, samtykker du i disse Vilkårene.

2. User Account and Access

2.1 To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

2.2 You are responsible for protecting your account and password. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

3. Purchase, payment, and refund

3.1 Simplyfy Learning tilbyr kurs og digitale bøker som kan kjøpes enkeltvis eller via abonnement.
​ ​A) Da dette er nedlastbare filer, så tilbyr vi ikke refusjon ved kjøp. Ved å gjennomføre kjøp så godkjenner du også at du ikke kan søke refusjon.
​ ​B) Ved abonnement vil betaling skje automatisk ved periodens start. Du kan avslutte abonnementet når som helst, men vi gir ikke refusjon for ubrukte perioder.
​ ​C) Ved kjøp av kurs så kan du ikke søke om refusjon da kurset og dets videoer kan være sett gjennom.

3.2 We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other specified payment methods.

4. Intellectual property rights

4.1 All content on the Platform, including courses, e-books, videos, and other materials, is protected by copyright and belongs to Simplyfy Learning or its licensors.

4.2 You do not have the right to copy, distribute, or resell content from the Platform without written permission.

5. User Behavior

5.1 You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and not to infringe on the rights of others.

5.2 Abuse of the Platform, including attempts at hacking, harassment, or the spread of malware, will result in immediate suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We do not guarantee that the course or content meets specific expectations or delivers concrete results.

6.2 Simplyfy Learning is not responsible for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the Platform.

7. Changes to the Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

7.2 In the event of significant changes, we will inform you via email or on the Platform.
